Yesterday Kurt and Gabriel (my son) had a scouting thing to go to, that left Adrianne (my daughter) and I alone at home. I didn’t want to cook dinner, so, I got smoked gouda, sour dough and butter together.
Can I say yummmy?
I put a little butter on the bread, got a frying pan out, warmed the inside of the slice and then put the smoked gouda in. Flipped on both sides so it got a little color, the cheese wasn’t melted as I wanted, so I nooked it for 20 seconds.
Added a few sliced apples and voila! Dinner was served. It was delicious!
