So we make pizza at home once in a while. Today we made barbecue chicken, Hawaiian and cheese.

The dough makes 3 pizzas, which is perfect for our family and some leftovers.
I got this crust recipe from a class I took at the Bosch Kitchen Center. The toppings we just do whatever sounds good.

Crust:
About 8 cups of flour
1 Tbsp of yeast
2 Tbsp of Salt
3 Tbsp of sugar
3 cups of hot water
Combine water with sugar, salt, 4 cups flour, and yeast. Mix thoroughly. Continue to add flour until dough cleans the sides of the bowl and is not sticky to the touch. This makes about 3lbs of dough. (no rising, just mix it and roll it out)

For the red sauce I just used a can of tomato sauce, added a bit of Italian herbs and season salt to taste.

The Hawaiian pizza the layers go:
Tomato sauce
Sliced smoked ham
Onions
Black olives
Extra pineapples
Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Barbecue chicken
Spread tomato sauce on crust
1 can of cooked chicken the one bigger than a tuna can
1/2 bottle of barbecue sauce, I did the hickory kind with a touch of the honey kind, mix the chicken with the sauce, put enough so it is wet looking
A little bit of cut up onions
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese

The cheese one is tomato sauce on the bottom and lots of mozzarella on top

Bake all the pizzas on a pizza stone or on a cookie sheet when you can’t find your stone…like tonight. Bake it at 500 for 7 minutes.
